Shipping Information: Q. How much is shipping? A. Shipping charges are calculated based on your shipping address and the approximate weight, not on the price, of your order. Please enter your shipping information during order check out. Once you click continue, the shipping charge will be shown on the next page. You are able to see the exact shipping charges BEFORE you enter any credit card information.

Q. What methods do you use for shipping? A. All domestic orders (within the continental US) are shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service. You may choose which method you prefer before checkout. US Military (APO/FPO) are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please be sure to select this option for APO/FPO, with United States as the country.

Q. Do you ship outside the continental United States? A. Yes. You must choose UPS Worldwide Saver OR US Postal Service as the shipping method. Any orders that are sent with UPS Ground as the shipping method outside the United States will be automatically cancelled and refunded. Your shipping address must match the billing address of your credit card. If it does not match, the order will be cancelled.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

(Effective 10-1-2009) MikesBeautySupply.com has a very fair, but firm return policy.

Products that are new, unopened (no signs of use) are returnable within 14 days of delivery receipt. You must e-mail us at returns@mikesbeautysupply.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. All returns MUST have a return authorization number on the OUTSIDE of the package, or they will be refused and returned to you. We must receive the return within 14 days of your receiving your Return Authorization Number.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items shipped incorrectly by us are exempt from the restocking fee.

All merchandise will be inspected upon return, and a credit will be issued promptly.

All merchandise returned to us must have ALL OF ITS ORIGINAL PARTS AND PAPERWORK enclosed, or the refund will be rejected, and the merchandise will be returned to you.

NOTE: DUE TO HEALTH CONCERNS, WIGS AND EXTENSIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGABLE. ALL SALES ON THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

All appliances we sell are covered by manufacturers warranties.

Q. Do you charge sales tax? A. New Jersey sales tax is collected only on orders shipped to a New Jersey address. All other orders do not have sales tax.

Q. How long does it take for my order to ship after placing the order? A. Orders are processed each weekday. Orders received before 1 p.m. will be processed that day. Orders received after 1 p.m. will be processed the next business day. At MikesBeautySupply.com we strive to have all merchandise on hand. Occasionally, some merchandise may be backordered, which may delay shipping. If the merchandise is not in stock, we will e-mail you and offer you the option to wait for the item or to cancel your order. All orders leave our warehouse in New Jersey, and delivery times will vary according to where you reside. Generally, shipping takes between 1 to 6 days.
